Refund policy

If you receive a product that you are not fully satisfied with, we will be happy to exchange it for you within 14 days of purchase, or refund your money without giving a reason. The goods must be in their original packaging, unworn, unwashed, with all tags, without stains or odors.

Print and fill out the appropriate form and include it in the shipment:

• form for exchange of goods
• return form

How do refunds work?
It may take up to 10 business days to process and verify returned goods. Refunds are then processed within 5 to 7 business days of receiving an email confirming receipt of the returned item. Please note that refunds are sent back through the payment gateway to the original bank account.
